How we work
A calm, senior process.
Five stages, each ending in something real you can hold, review and say no to. This is the whole method — there is no second, secret process.
- Stages
- Five
- Cadence
- Weekly
- First output
- Week 1
- IP ownership
- Yours
You see it every week
Working software in a real environment, not a status document. If a week produced nothing worth showing, we say that too.
Seniors do the work
The people in the pitch are the people writing the code. Nothing gets handed down to a delivery team you never met.
Exits stay open
Each stage ends at a decision point. You own the code and designs from day one, so leaving is never a hostage negotiation.
01The stages
From first conversation to steady state.
Scroll through the delivery model. Each stage has an owner, an output and a decision point where you can stop.

Discover
We dig into your goals, users and constraints, then define what success actually looks like — before anyone opens a design tool.

Design
Rapid prototypes and a real design system, validated with users while changing course is still cheap.

Engineer
Senior engineers ship in tight iterations. Quality, accessibility and performance are part of the build, not a phase after it.
- Production code
- Test coverage
- Weekly builds

Launch
Staged rollout, instrumentation and a launch checklist we actually run. No surprises on go-live day.

We measure, tune and keep shipping — support, optimisation and new capability as the product earns it.

02Working agreement
What you can expect from us.
A named engineer and designer you can talk to directly — no account manager in the middle.
Weekly demos on a real URL, plus written notes on what changed and what is next.
Estimates given as ranges with the assumptions written down, revised openly when reality disagrees.
Accessibility and performance budgets agreed up front and checked before launch, not after.
Your repositories, your cloud accounts, your domain. We work inside your infrastructure where possible.
Full handover documentation, so another team could pick this up without calling us.
03Before you ask
Common questions.
How do projects usually start?
With a short discovery call. We learn your goals and constraints, then send a clear proposal with scope, timeline and pricing — no obligation.
What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, but most engagements fall between focused fixed-scope builds and ongoing product partnerships. We give a firm estimate before any commitment.
How long does it take?
A polished marketing site is typically a few weeks; a full product build is a few months. We work in tight iterations so you see progress every week.
Do you work with our existing team?
Yes. We embed with in-house teams often — as an extension of your engineering and design capacity.
What happens after launch?
We offer maintenance, monitoring and iterative improvement plans so your product keeps getting better after go-live.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. On final payment, all code, designs and assets are transferred to you in full.
